This isn't a race between taco stands. It's a slow, three-hour walk through Roma, one of Mexico City's most beautiful neighborhoods, stopping at independent taquerías and wine spots I'd send my own friends to. At every stop you'll get a taco, a thoughtfully paired sip, and the story of how it ended up on your plate.
